Breakups and Social Media Are a Fucking Mess.

Let them go.
When going through a breakup, cordial or spiteful, the last thing you want to do is vent to or stalk social media. The wounds are still fresh, you’re still dividing up the apartment and shit like that. It’s awful. We’ve all been there, but you don’t want to put it out into the world. You start venting and people judge you, your homies call you a bitch, women are turned off about how sad you are.. It’s terrible. No one likes to see hurt because it looks bad and it may remind them of hurt that they’ve been through. During a breakup you have to maintain your dignity, stand on your own two, look inside your soul and find who YOU are. You’ll find yourself looking at their Facebook or checking their tweets, this is destructive behavior. You’re pouring salt in the wound, inflicting pain upon yourself. What you see is only going to hurt you worse and if what you sees satisfies you, it’s only temporary because that gratification won’t bring them back to you. Instead, stay disciplined. Block them, control yourself, shit delete the app if you have to, anything to be healthy. Find an outlet! Paint, write, draw, go on a killing spree in GTA V, ANYTHING to stay away from social media. In bad Breakups you heal from the outside in. Find beauty in the darkness and pleasure in the isolation. Take care of you and everything else will fall into place.
