As a hip hop connoisseur it’s only right that I pay my respects to the dearly departed Steven A$AP YAMS Rodriguez.

Yams was a creative and marketing genius. Almost singlehandedly spearheading the rebirth of New York hip hop by blending all the elements of the culture into one group.

It was posthumously revealed that Yams was appointed to be the Vice President of A&R at Sony.

Yams you were a shining light in this era of hip hop. You are and will be supremely missed.
